Ben Earle
Social Policy Expert
Ben is the CEO of Feed The Need Durham, which provides over 2 million pounds of food and household essentials annually to 70 community food programs for the Durham Region. He has 15 years of experience in the development and management of non-profit organizations. He has led projects in the areas of social and economic policy analysis, community action research, and community service planning. His current work is focused on responses to the changing nature of the economy and the future of work. In addition to his role at UBI Works, Ben provides coordinating support to the Basic Income Canada Network and leads Alinea Community Development, a consulting practice that supports social innovation in the charitable and nonprofit sectors.
